I went out to check the mail like I do everyday. Only today I had a surprise waiting for me from the Washington Municipal Court Photo Enforcement Program. It seems as if Dan was a little too excited to get home to help Drew celebrate. He got caught running a red light. So he ask me to do a little poll to see if you think that he should pay it or not. I have uploaded the pictures that they sent me just to help you decide. If you can't decide just by looking at a few pictures then the video might help. Yeah he does...Only because his Kentucky one expired!!! Then it still took him a while to get legal again.

I'm no lawyer, but is the car owner responsible for the payment of speeding tickets if someone else is driving your car? The way I see it, is they have your license, but they do not know who is driving. I would fight it, by saying my wife was driving my car at that time!
